World Continence Week 2019

World Continence Week 2019 is the 17th - 23rd June. The event begun in 2008 as a 'World Continence Day' by the International Continence Society (ICS) and quickly became a week long event a year later. The event was made in the hopes that it would bring awareness to the issue of incontinence and to help bring a better quality of life, improved health and to end the stigma around the subject. It's also a way to reach out to people that live with these problems but stay quiet, to help give them confidence and seek help and find their best course of action.
