2nd, according to absorbent core materials, booster pad can be divided to pulp booster pad and sap-paper booster pad. Pulp booster pad the absorbent core is made of fluff pulp and sap, which are mixed together evenly. This kind of booster pad is thick and soft. Super thin booster pad, the absorbent core is made of sap-paper, which is mixed with air-laid paper+sap+nonwoven+sap+air-laid paper. Sap-paper booster pad since has no pulp in absorbent core, it is very thin, super thin, so maybe not as soft touch feeling as pulp booster pad. But both of these 2 kinds of booster pad can have high absorbency. Because this depends on how many sap is added into the absorbent core. And usually sap-paper booster pad price is much higher than pulp booster pad.

 

3rd, according to with leakguards or not, booster pad can be divided to leakguards booster pad and non-leakguards booster pad. Since booster pad usually is put in middle of diapers, and diapers have leakguards, so most booster pad no need to have leakguards again. Some incontinence people they don’t like to use diapers, they want to be simple, so just directly put booster pads with leakguards in the underwear, then it can both absorb urine and prevent leakage, and price cost is lower than diaper.
